Slow Food Edmonton presents Hand-made Cheese, Hand-made Wine

Taste the fine lait cru (raw milk) cheeses of Quebec including the
sought-after product of La Vache Canadienne, from Iles de la Madeleine,
along with several small-production wines from New Zealand, Italy,
France and Canada. Seating is limited and all tickets are sold in
