10:30 am Sylvan Star Cheese: tour of farm and cheese making facility; cheese tasting; coffee, soup, and a biscuit
1:00 Depart to Bles World Dairy Farm
1:30 pm Bles World Dairy; tour of farm and yogurt making facility; yogurt tasting
3:30 Depart to Eco Cafe
5:00 Eco Cafe for Dinner (details to follow)
7:00 Depart Eco Cafe for Edmonton
8:00 Arrive at Southgate Shopping Centre Parking Lot (Southside)
