Preliminary Notice!
Teams of 1-3 compete for the best grilled cheese sandwich (Classic or With A Twist). All sandwiches must be made from 100% “Slow” ingredients (good, clean, fair). Teams will recieve detailed instructions.

Details are pending, but to get you started:
March 14th 2010, 3-6 pm
Team Entry $20 with at least one Slow Food member; $25 for teams with no Slow Food Members; register by March 12th
Spectator Entry $5 (under 12s free)

Location: Coast Wholesale Appliances, 5345 Gateway Boulevard

Proceeds will go towards supporting a young Northern Albertan food producer to attend Terre Madre.
